Mufti Faizān al-Muṣṭafā al-Qādirī is a distinguished Islamic scholar, educator, and spiritual leader, renowned for his contributions to Islamic education and the propagation of Sunni teachings. He is the grandson of the esteemed Sadr al-Sharīʿah Állāmah Amjad Ali 'Azmi, and the Son of Mufti Fida al-Muṣṭafā. he hails from a scholarly household spanning back almost 200 years in dedication of the dīn of Allāh. He has been honored with Khilāfah by both Tāj al-Sharīʿah and al-Muḥaddith al-Kabīr.

Mufti Faizān al-Muṣṭafā received his early Islamic education under the guidance of his illustrious family. Demonstrating a profound dedication to Islamic sciences, he pursued advanced studies, specialising in various disciplines, including jurisprudence, theology, and Hadith. His commitment to knowledge led him to establish the Imām-e-Aʿẓam University in Lucknow, India, where he serves as a principal instructor, imparting traditional Islamic teachings to students from diverse backgrounds.

Extending his educational endeavors beyond India, Mufti Faizān al-Muṣṭafā spent several years in the United States, where he engaged with the Muslim community through lectures, courses, and scholarly discussions. Notably, he delivered a speech on the occasion of the ʿUrs of Ṣadr al-Sharīʿah and Tāj al-Sharīʿah in Maryland, USA, highlighting the contributions of Ahl al-Sunnah leaders in America.
