Mufti-e-Azam Hind, Hadrat Allama Mufti Mustafa Raza Khan Qadri (1892–1981), was one of the most prominent Islamic scholars and spiritual leaders of the 20th century. He was born on 22nd Dhu al-Hijjah 1310 AH (18th July 1892) in Bareilly Shareef, India. As the eldest son of Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi (A’la Hadrat), the renowned Mujaddid (reviver) of the 14th century Hijri, he inherited a legacy of Islamic scholarship, piety, and devotion. From a young age, his brilliance and inclination towards learning Islamic sciences were evident.
